Under the Stewartship of Christine “Chris” Utech, the property continues to be lovingly maintained and transformed into a charming and comfortable bed and breakfast that offers guests a unique and memorable experience.

The original Dingup House was built in the 1860s by Thomas and Mary Giblett, who were among the first settlers in the area. The property was used as a homestead, a school, and a stopover point for travelers. Over the years, the property passed through several owners, and at one point, it was even used as a sawmill

Under Chris’ Stewardship, Dingup House has become a popular destination for travellers looking for a unique and memorable experience in the Southern Forests region. The property continually rates highly on golbal booking platforms due to her attention to detail, and it continues to be a cherished part of the local community.

The Southern Forrest
