All major credit cards are accepted. There is a small (2.5% surcharge on these bookings). We also accept cash payments at the property if required. Please Note, If you book through bookings.com or other global platforms they do not provide us with payment/credit card details and guests will be required to pay on arrival.

Breakfast is included with both a continental (tea, coffee, seasonal fruits, cereals and home-made jams and preserves) and also a full breakfast menu consisting of a selection of home grown and local produce.
Apart from the continental breakfast we also provide a cooked breakfast menu. The offerings are seasonal and sourced from the property or local producers. They include the classic corn and bacon fritters with poached fresh eggs from our chickens to a forest breakfast bowl full of seasonal delights.
We cater for most dietary restrictions. Please advise us in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements we need to be made aware of.
The is always free flowing tea and coffee in the shared dinning room with seaonal fresh fruit. We do cater for evening dinners on request. Please contact in advance if you a interested in dinning with us. You wont be disappointed!
Yes, there is a common dinning room and several well appointed shared lounge rooms with fireplaces for the winter months. The gardens are expansive and together with a fully functional tennis court, function barn and an undercover gazebo with BBQ facilities there is ample room for our guests to relax and socialise
We provide fresh towels for all our guests. All rooms have soap and hand wash. Guests will be required to bring more personalised items such as make-up, shampoos and perfumes.
We ask all our guests to be respectful of the quiet enjoyment of others.
Transport options are limited in Manjimup. If your planning a night out we can connect with the local shuttle bus who can collect and drop you off at the property. Please discuss this with us prior to your stay.
As much as we LOVE animals, unfortunatley guests are unable to bring pets during their stay.
There are no caravans or camping permitted on the property.
